will be held at Masonic Hall ,Hope St  Wednesday 17th November 2010   1830hrs Meeting in the top Banquet Suite.

Note :- Those who have ordered in advance a meal , are requested to attend at 1800 Hrs (Prompt)

It is essential to the continued well running of the Group that every Lodge /Chapter is represented .

Representatives who are presenting a report are requested to keep it concise and to provide me with a copy ,
